Why do the ticket prices vary? GO TO UP
Ticket prices are not determined by YourTicketMarket.com (YTM), there are sellers (individuals and secondary ticket agencies) who would like to sell their tickets at a price of their choice.
Face value of the ticket is the fee printed on the actual ticket. This price is determined by the concert tour promoter or organizer of the event.
Selling price is determined by the seller and can differ from the face value, because the tickets on YTM are sold at "market value". This is the price a consumer will need to pay to purchase tickets.
If the event is in high demand, the selling price is likely to be higher than the face value on the ticket and vice versa.
Seating: Together & Location GO TO UP
Most of the tickets listed on the site are seated together. However, please check
the section and row details provided by the seller. Some tickets are listed to be
sold altogether. If you see a listing of 5 tickets and if the dropdown list doesn't
display any other number then that means the seller would like to sell these tickets
together.
TBC & TBA
If you see TBC or TBA in any of the listings this means that exact location of the
seats may not have been released to the seller. In many cases the seat numbers may
not be available until the tickets have been issued and received by the seller.
Who owns these ticket? GO TO UP
YTM provides a marketplace platform where sellers and buyers meet to have a deal.
All tickets are owned by sellers. YourTicketMarket.com does not have these tickets.
We only provide a secure exchange between the buyers and sellers.
When will I receive my tickets? GO TO UP
Tickets are normally dispatched 7 to 10 days before the event. This is because each
promoter sends their tickets out at different times.
The seller will send the tickets to the billing/delivery address you have provided
within 24 hours upon receipt. As soon as your tickets have been posted, you will
receive a dispatch confirmation email from us confirming the delivery method and
the tracking number.
You can
TRACK your order by loging in to your account.
If your delivery address changes please contact us immediately. You should receive
your tickets max 3 days before the event. If you have not received your tickets
3 days before the event, please contact us.
All transactions are secured at YTM. If a seller doesn't stick to the rules we will
find matching alternative tickets if not better or your money back. We don't believe
this will happen but just in case we wanted to mention it here to assure you that
the transactions are secured.
International Buyers GO TO UP
YourTicketMarket will be flexible with your travel arrangements. We work closely
with our sellers to ensure safe ticket delivery.
If you have not received your tickets before your travel date please contact us
and provide us with the details of your travel arrangements. We will need to know
the following;
- We will need your travel date and the address of where you will be staying
- Someone must be available to sign for these tickets
- If it is a hotel; please give us the hotel details, your booking name and check
in date

Sellers name on your ticket GO TO UP
Your tickets may have the original buyers name. This is a common practice and in
our experience, this is definitely not a problem.
You are covered by YourTicketMarket and if you experience any problem with your
ticket, please contact our team immediately.
Cancelling an order once submitted GO TO UP
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order. However, you can always list you purchased tickets via YourTicketMarket.
Cancelled Event GO TO UP
If an event is cancelled for which you have purchased tickets through YourTicketMarket
the refund will be determined by the procedure employed by the organizer or the
promoter.
Cancelled
We would normally refund the monies that you have paid. If you have received your
tickets for the cancelled event we would ask for you to return the tickets to us.
Once received by our team we will process the refund for you. You don't need to do
anything if you haven't already received the tickets, we will process a refund automatically.
Postponed
If an event is postponed to a different date, you will normally be able to use these
tickets for the rescheduled date. If you are not able to make it to the date, you
are free to sell your tickets on through YourTicketMarket.com
Please note that Your Ticket Market is not liable to any extra cost that you
incur as a result of an event being cancelled.
